The International Office is responsible for coordinating and helping the incoming and outgoing students, teachers and staff. This includes:
– providing information regarding Erasmus opportunities (web site, facebook, student mailing lists)
– assisting with the application, interview and selection process
– helping with orientation
– helping choosing courses
– providing information and counselling for outgoing students, and tutoring and integration for incoming students
– finding accommodation
– making sure all related documents are attached (Learning Agreement, Transcript of Records, etc.)
– coordinating other college-related activities
– harmonising the requirements and conditions for the people participating in the mobility programme
– overseeing participants’ compliance with all requirements and conditions.
– securing bilateral agreements with other learning institutions
– coordinating the Student Mentor Network
– etc.
All employees of the international office have a good command of English.
