On September 14, 2024, a ceremonial opening ceremony was held in Mánfa, at the southwestern Hungarian campus of the Dharma Gate Buddhist College.
Zoltán Cser (director of the Tan Kapuja Buddhist Church) and Gábor Karsai (rector of the college) gave speeches at the opening ceremony organized for students of the Tan Kapuja Buddhist College’s correspondence and distance learning programs.As the highlight of the opening ceremony, which was attended by second- and third-year students, the first-year students were welcomed as students of the College with the lighting of a candle and incense.
In the 2024/25 academic year, 15 students were admitted to the correspondence course and 17 to the distance learning course.
