“This book is a ‘travel guide’ that attempts to guide the reader into the methodology of Buddhist communication. Its train of thought starts from the old observation that our mind constantly produces consciousness, images, dwells on memories, fantasizes about the future, and talks to its supposed self. And, of course, it tries to influence others in this way.If we look honestly at ourselves, we must admit that we spend most of our lives not in the “material” world, but in our own consciousness or in the consciousness of others, and that true agreement plays a very small role in this. We live enclosed within the walls of concepts and preconceptions, and in doing so, we lose the opportunity to know ourselves and the world. In my work, in my own modest way, I try to outline a kind of way out, an “awakening” from the dream world of words, from the perspective of Eastern meditation culture.
