Registration Fee

5,000 HUF

Deadline: Last day of the registration week

Description: Payable by all students each semester. Self-financed students pay tuition in addition to this. Submission of the Student Loan assignment agreement is possible until March 15 / September 15.

Retake and Repeat Exam Fee

3,000 HUF

Deadline: At the time of exam registration

Description: Applies to the third and subsequent attempts at an exam in the same subject (retake or repeat exam).

Repeated Course Enrollment Fee

1,500 HUF

Deadline: Upon submission of the course enrollment request

Description: Re-enrollment in lectures, seminars, consultations, practical classes, or fieldwork (including requests for exam-only courses).

Late Registration

5,000 HUF per week

Deadline: Last day of the 2nd week following registration week

Description: In the first week after registration week: 5,000 HUF registration fee + 5,000 HUF late fee.

In the second week: 5,000 HUF registration fee + 10,000 HUF late fee.

Late Course Enrollment

1,500 HUF per course

Deadline: Last working day of the 2nd week following the course enrollment period

Late Gradebook Submission

5,000 HUF per week

Deadline: An active semester can only be established if there are no outstanding debts

Description: 5,000 HUF in the 1st week after the end of the exam period, 10,000 HUF in the 2nd week, 15,000 HUF from the 3rd week onward.

Unexcused Absence from a Registered Exam

1,000 HUF per exam

Deadline: February 15 for the autumn semester, July 15 for the spring semester
