The exam period lasts for seven weeks following each study period.
The first week of the exam period is a make-up week, during which any missed classes from the study period may be rescheduled and held.

Practical grades must be earned by the last day of the first week of the exam period.
No exam dates need to be scheduled in Neptun for these subjects.

Courses that conclude with a colloquium are completed through oral and/or written exams, for which instructors will announce exam dates in Neptun.
At least two exam dates must be offered for each course, and if needed, a third (retake) date as well.
Students must register in Neptun for one of the announced exam dates at least 48 hours in advance.

Important Information

Students must be aware that not completing, abandoning, or repeatedly registering for courses without passing them may result in dismissal, as follows:

  • they fail to complete a course listed in the curriculum (training plan), which they have registered for (but not dropped), after three attempts (not counting course abandonment); or

  • they fail to complete such a course after five exam attempts; or

  • over three consecutive active semesters, they complete fewer than 30 credits; or

  • over three consecutive active semesters, they fail to complete more than nine courses that were registered for (but not dropped).
