Enrollment for first year students

Student status is established upon enrollment, based on the decision regarding admission or transfer.

Registration

At the beginning of each academic term, students must declare whether they will: continue their studies (active status), or pause their studies (passive status).

Course registration

Students are entitled, during the course registration period, to enroll via Neptun in any course or exam course offered by any academic unit of the College. The course registration period spans the first two weeks of the study period.

Exam period

Courses that conclude with a colloquium are completed through oral and/or written exams, for which instructors will announce exam dates in Neptun. Important Information Students must be aware that not completing, abandoning, or repeatedly registering for courses without passing them may result in dismissal.

Choosing a specialization

Students are entitled, during the exam period, to select a specialization in Neptun from those announced by the College. The specialization selection period takes place during the last three weeks of the exam period.
