In keeping with our traditions, we held our graduation ceremony for the previous year’s graduates in 2014.
At the ceremony, Gábor Karsai, rector of the College, and Zoltán Cser, director of the Dharma Gate Buddhist Church, gave speeches.
They also presented the graduating students with ceramic bowls bearing the College’s logo, symbolizing Buddhist monastic bowls (shilkas) (for BA graduates), wooden Buddha statues (for MA graduates), and arrows, also given to our graduates, symbolizing the straight and direct path.
In 2024, 55 students earned BA degrees and 3 earned MA degrees at our institution, while 5 completed our adult education program in Buddhist lifestyle counseling.
