The purpose of the Research Institute is scientific research of the Buddhist tradition, research into the current application possibilities of Buddhist religious practice, the continuation of Buddhist interdisciplinary studies, its task is to participate in the quality assurance and development of college education, the monitoring and preparation of applications, and the organization of the College's international relations [SzMSz 2.5.3.1 ]. It promotes the publication of research results and the documentation of the results in cooperation with the Library (collection of teaching publications, MTMT). It supports the access of excellent students to publication opportunities.
